I've been using the app for many years and today I needed support because I changed my theme here on Shopify. I received support from Selina via chat, which was super fast, efficient, and very kind! I recommend it to everyone; it's the best review app in all of Shopify.
Super Glam
This is a very useful app, it does exactly what it says. But what makes this app so fantastic is their support. I am using your app at 2 of my stores now!
Glow SkinCo
Best review app out there! Very easy to set up and customer service is there to help you right away with any questions you might have. Whenever I need help with customization, Selina is there right away to solve my request. Thank you Selina for all your help!
Hover-1 Rideables
Best review app. Plenty of settings, easy to use, and very fast support. Update: we've been using it for a while now and support is still fast and excellent. There were some bugs, but they were fixed quite fast
Prosto Prelest
This is the best customer service and DEV service we ever met. Ryviu DEV Team added an email search feature for us. And the customer service, Dan, thank you again for helping us accurately and fast. Highly appreciated what you have done. :)

I used the app and it's very amazing. I changed my theme and contact to keep the same app for reviews and Yen was a star, she fixes all my issues in just a minute. Thank you to the rest of the support team, Selina, Dan during Yen absent. I highly recommend, such a great app.
Wee Luxury
I was able to set up Ryviu quite easily to get started and then import reviews from Etsy, although it took a bit of time. The team are very quick to respond and they're always helpful if you run into problems. Thanks!
Jiggery Pokery
The masonry style review widget is perfect for my website. Amazon review import was a gamechanger. Dan and Elle were great. Promptly attended to all my queries. Highly Recommended.
Arte House
Customer support is most helpful. And I like how the app widget for reviews shows up on the product page in clear sight. Also, it is easy for customers to see the "Write a review" option on the product page. It's so easy! This encourages them to write a review.
Fayla Ott Books
I have a paid plan for all my 10 stores. Dan is a great tech support guy, and the rest of the team is very helpful too. Highly recommend this app.
Bio Healing Sauna
It can help us solve the comment problem very well, and it is very patient to guide us to use it. I am not good at using computers, but I can still use it correctly!
