The coupon is a code consisting of letters or numbers used to identify an offer associated with a coupon, like RSALEOFF10. By using coupon codes, customers can get discounted prices or limited offers on an order.
Customers, without a doubt, appreciate promotional codes. They’re more inclined to leave positive feedback and return to your store. This is an excellent way to attract traffic to your store.
You can also express your gratitude and offer to cross-sell or upsell things, services, or deliver the coupon code by providing the coupon code. As a result, you get loyal customers and increase sales.
Ryviu app lets you offer coupon codes after customers leave feedback. There are two steps that you need to do.
Step 1: Set up Ryviu request review email automation
You can offer the code by selecting a thank you page with a coupon code in the last step of setting request reviews automation. In this step, you also can add your store URL that you want customers to redirect to it after they left reviews.

Step 2: Customize the thank you template
From your Ryviu dashboard, navigate to Emails > Templates > Create Templates to edit the thank you page. Please don’t forget to click on the Save button to save the changes.
Please note that Ryviu App does not generate the coupon code. To generate the code, please use a coupon system on your platform.
